How many days should I receive my order in?

We ship all orders the day after your purchase for receipt within 72 hours in mainland France, 7 working days in Europe and 15 days for other countries.

What shipping method do you use?

We work with La Poste, Service Colissimo and Point Relais2. I want to know where my package is?

You will receive an email from us telling you that your package is on its way. Simply click on the 'tracking number' link

My order was marked as processed, however, when I check the tracking number it says 'tracking unavailable; Why?

Your order has been processed and if the tracking number is not available, it is simply because your package has not yet been deposited at the post office. It will be deposited the next day.

On my tracking it says "the package is being returned to the sender", what should I do?

Most of the time, this is due to an error in the delivery address that you communicate to us or because the package could not be delivered and remained at the post office for more than 10 days.


When the package is returned to us , we will refund the price of the products (and not the shipping costs which have already been paid ).

SHIPPING INFO

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of your order using DHL eCommerce, COLISSIMO or DPD depending on your location and the fastest service available. Typical delivery time is between 3-4 business days, however, you may receive your items much sooner. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may face delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
