RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We cannot issue a refund or exchange once your order has been processed.

In the event that your package is returned because you did not collect it from the relay point, a credit refund will be made less the shipping costs incurred.
You can use this credit across the entire store.

For the rest; you have 14 days to request a return and/or refund of your order.

If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For your return and before sending us your item, please send us:

– An email to sav.franssecrets@gmail.com containing your name and your order number.

Return costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is validated, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We would also like to point out that we are not responsible for address errors made when placing an order. If you notice that there is an error in your address, please notify us as soon as possible by email. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to do anything more.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the post office loses your package, we promise to refund you the price of the products and not the shipping costs.
